Our Mission
This project began 8 years ago when we met, and a few years later we were lucky to materialize it with the Rural House “Los Sentidos”. This rural house was born from the desire to share what we like to do. Creating a space for rest, where massages, yoga, sound therapy, silence, and gathering take center stage in this accommodation.
Our packages
We offer different packages from the simple accommodation to Yoga, Sound Therapy and Massage retreats:

All our retreats are available in full board or half board options. We are preparing home made vegetarian meals and recipes.

Yoga
Yoga with Encarna has a full meaning.
The purpose with her classes is knowing and reaching the state of unity.
Since she started teaching 16 years ago, the evolution has been towards increasing the simplicity of her classes. It must be suitable for everyone. Simple is more beneficial than complicated. Simple is healthier than sophisticated.

Massages
It is the result of years of experience to ensure that each massage is the most suitable for each person and I intuitively know how to work each body.
During a massage you will realize your physical and mental state. It is a stop to enter a state of rest, letting go and breathing, calming the mind and relaxing the body, reaching a state of harmony.
The physical is reached through the depth: the pressures, the muscular massage. The spiritual is reached with the end expressly dedicated to achieving a state of connection with you and the energy, with the deepest part of each one, where I will use the Tibetan bowls, which will leave you free of thoughts.
